Tenant Application

Click here to download one of our Tenant Applications. One application must be completed for each person over the age of 18 living at the property. A $25 non-refundable application fee must be submitted for each application. Personal references are not required, but do help in your consideration of tenancy.

If you are self-employed, please submit the last 6 months of bank statements, last year's tax return, any other supporting documentation and a list of at least 3 professional references, along with your application.

Feel free to fax the application to us at (831) 438-3206. We will begin processing it once the application fee is received. Alternately, please bring it in to our office Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Be sure to sign and date the records release authorization portion.

Unless otherwise stated, we are looking for tenants who are non-smokers. Some properties accept pets with an additional pet deposit, .
